10 Fatal Accidents Among Crew and Actors on Movie Sets

The most on-set deaths ever recorded in history occurred while filming The Sword of Tipu Sultan (1989). During the shooting, a total of 62 extras and crew members died after a fire broke out and trapped them in the building.
