CREEDamage is the outstanding work of Vladislav “Munruthel” Redkin, a symphonic pagan metal mastermind and a devoted Mother-Nature’s paladin. After listening to it, we realize how the utmost genuine and captivating beauty can blossom, like the elusive Edelweiss, in the most inhospitable and icy places.

Introduction

CREEDamage, even if the title does not illustrate the Dionysian sublimity of the music, resembles a symphony chiseled on the unearthly peaks of the Carpathian Mountains. …

The virtual 78th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony took place last Sunday night. The first bi-coastal event was co-hosted by Tina Fey from New York and Amy Poehler from Los Angeles, streaming live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Cal., and the Rockefeller Center’s Rainbow Room, NY.

Streaming giant Netflix led this year’s nominations and took home the biggest snub of the night, as awarded by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA). It lost the Film award’s main category for the second year in a row, after having “Mank” and “Chicago 7” as the most nominated films. …

This article is a side-by-side comparative review between Epica’s new album Omega and Netflix’s acclaimed TV series Dark. The cornerstone for the comparison is the Omega Point hypothesis, as described by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, a French priest, and philosopher.

Inception

Teilhard de Chardin placed man at the forefront of life. Yet, humanity is “folding in upon itself” and hastening the Apocalypse by pushing the same forces that created our world into a downward spiral leading to catastrophic events.

The creators of Omega and Dark seem to follow in the French philosopher’s footsteps as he reminds us that humans, albeit their…

My Odalisk

There are no days like those that fill my life and my heart since our destiny became one
The sun has a different glow since I’ve discovered how it illuminates your face The sky has become cerulean the earth fertile and serene a passing breeze tender and whispering
The waves sparkle with the crystal clear and pure radiance of your iridescent smile
And the sweet tenderness of the night sprinkled with myriads of twinkling stars holds the velvety beauty of your odalisk eyes from a thousand and one nights more

According to The Old Farmer’s Almanac, the Snow Moon reaches peak illumination on early Saturday morning. Don't miss out on your Moon gazing meditation.

For the best view of this Moon, look for it on the night of Friday, February 26; it will drift above the horizon in the east around sunset and reach its highest point in the sky around midnight. See when the Moon will be visible in your area.

The Almanac also explains all the Full Moon names and how they proceed from various origins, including Native American, Colonial American, and European sources.

Why is it called a Snow Moon?

From the Helvetian peaks roars, Caladmor, a Folk Metal act founded in 2001. The band features Barbara Brawand (“Babs”), Nick Muller, Markus Sauter, and Martin “Maede” Baumann.

First of all, I consider Caladmor’s music refreshing and full of positive energies emerging from an ancestral pagan matrix. It creates a particular paradox with the name “Caladmor” (black light) because the music they offer is epic, luminous, and Dionysian. The band calls it “Caladmorian Epic Folk Metal.”

Released in November 2013, the sophomore Of Stones And Stars succeeds Midwinter (2010). It shows how the band evolves on the path of Folk, Gothic…
